I only process personal data where it is needed to run this website, answer your questions and book a call. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Netlify processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information, to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA rely on the EU Commission’s adequacy decision.
The fonts on this website are loaded from this website’s own server. No connection is made to Google or any other font provider.
When you book a free call, I process the details you enter in the form: name, email address and, optionally, age, gender and what you would like to get out of our call. The form does not ask for health information. I use this to create the appointment, send you the invitation with the Google Meet link and prepare for our call.
My coaching is for adults only. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If I learn that someone under 18 has booked, I cancel the booking and delete their details.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a contract). If you choose to share health information anyway, I only process it with your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, which you give in the booking form. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, for example by email.
For bookings I use services from Google (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA): appointments are created in Google Calendar via Google Apps Script, and the call takes place on Google Meet. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I delete the data once it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless legal retention periods apply.
When you write to me through the contact form or by email, I process your name, email address and message to answer you. Contact form messages are forwarded to my Gmail inbox via Google Apps Script. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is about coaching, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
On the About page you can play a video from the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC, USA), provided through HubSpot. The video only loads when you click “Play”; only then is your IP address sent to these providers. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by clicking.
This website links to Instagram and to my recipe site. No data is transferred until you click a link; after that, the privacy policy of that website applies.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time. Just email me at info@healthywithnaudia.com.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
